These General Terms and Conditions affect all offers from First Swiss Group AG that are offered on this website. If the user agrees to the terms and conditions, they automatically come into force and are binding for both parties.

Conclusion of contract
The contract is formed when the user agrees to the terms and conditions and pays in full for a subscription or a product.
Prices and services
All prices published on the website are net. National sales taxes or payment agent fees may be added to the stated prices. First Swiss Group AG bears no responsibility for the costs of third parties.
Fulfillment
After the payment has been received, the user will receive an email with a link. This link leads to a member area on the "Kajabi" application. The information is sent via this application. First Swiss Group AG assumes no responsibility for difficulties that arise in connection with «Kajabi». With the sending of the e-mail with the link, the contract is deemed to have been fulfilled by First Swiss Group AG.
Redistribution and Commercial Use Prohibited
The information that users receive from First Swiss Group AG is for personal use only. Any transfer is prohibited. In the event of a violation, First Swiss Group AG reserves the right to cancel the subscriptions of offending users without reimbursement.
Contract duration
The contract begins with the full payment of a subscription and lasts as long as specified and is automatically renewed unless the user cancels it himself in the member area.
For products without a subscription, the contract begins with full payment and lasts as long as the user does not terminate it himself in the member area.
Termination
A subscription can be canceled in the member area. If it is not canceled in time (one day before the start of the new payment), it will automatically be continued for the duration of the selected package.
A non-subscription product cannot be cancelled.
Refund policy
There is no right of return on any products offered by First Swiss Group AG.
Change of Terms and Conditions
First Swiss Group AG reserves the right to change the GTC regularly. Insofar as First Swiss Group AG changes these General Terms and Conditions after the user has accepted them for the first time, the new provisions will only become effective if the user agrees. Consent also applies if the user continues to use the First Swiss Group AG offer after noticing the change.
